Follow the evidence.

A growing, curated research collection for clinicians, patients and families.

What earns a place

We confirm the title, authors, journal, publication date and DOI against an original publication or authoritative bibliographic index. A study needs accessible findings before we summarize it. News coverage alone does not establish a study's results.

Positive and promising

The default view highlights favorable findings. It is a selected view of research, not an estimate of how often a treatment works. All findings remain available through the filters. A favorable case report and a randomized trial carry different evidential weight, which is why study type and limitations appear alongside the finding.

What we checked

“Full text checked” means the original study's methods, results and disclosures were reviewed. “Abstract checked” means the summary is limited to an indexed or publisher abstract. Details unavailable there are marked as unverified. Reviews are AI-assisted and are not represented as independent human clinical review.

Dates, corrections and scope

Publication dates are taken from the source record. When only an issue date or publication year is established, the entry says so; we do not invent an exact first-online date. Rechecking an older study does not make it new research. We record identified corrections and check for retraction or concern notices in available source records. No notice found is not a guarantee that none exists.

How the collection grows

Historical research is added alongside new studies, with no publication-age cutoff. The default view puts the most recently added entries first, regardless of when the original study was published. Each entry shows its source publication date and the date it joined the site. Rechecking or editing a summary does not change its addition date. We search across neurofeedback, QEEG, EEG, ERP, biofeedback, PBM, PEMF, TMS and related approaches. Duplicates are matched by DOI and publication identity. The library is not exhaustive and is not a systematic review. Coverage varies by modality.

Editorial independence

BrainMaster is the portal's lead sponsor. Findings are not attributed to its equipment unless the publication identifies that equipment. Commercial relationships and study limitations are preserved when verified. Missing disclosure information is marked as unavailable, not treated as an absence of conflicts.
