Your information,
with a clear purpose.
Neurofeedback.com collects information you submit to its newsletter, provider directory, and advertising inquiry forms.
What we collect
Earlier website newsletter signups store your email, consent status, and submission time. New newsletter signup links take you to our Riverside newsletter page, where Riverside collects your subscription details. Provider submissions include practice information and a private contact email. Advertising inquiries include the contact and campaign details you provide. The editorial dashboard uses ChatGPT sign-in to identify authorized administrators.
How information is used
We use these details to maintain the directory, respond to inquiries, and prepare requested newsletter communications. Approved practice details are public; provider contact emails are not shown in the directory. Banner impressions and clicks are counted in aggregate. Basic request limits help reduce form abuse.
Your choices
For newsletters sent through Riverside, use the unsubscribe link in that email. Earlier website subscription records retain their separate unsubscribe links; these do not change your Riverside preferences. To request a correction or deletion before the public launch contact address is finalized, contact the portal team through the advertising inquiry form and label your message “Privacy request.”
Patient information
The patient hub provides education and provider discovery. Do not submit medical records, test results, diagnoses, or other sensitive patient information through these forms.
External services
Linked vendor, research, podcast, and newsletter services have their own policies. Newsletter signup, confirmation, delivery, and unsubscribe preferences are managed through Riverside; existing website records are not automatically transferred or synchronized. This launch version uses platform hosting, database storage, and image storage. A final operating entity, retention policy, and privacy contact must be confirmed before the public launch.
